TIME
Currently we only offer one main service at 10:30 AM, but as we continue to grow we plan on being able to offer multiple services and possibly a service on Saturday as well.
TRADITION
Worship service at Redemption Lutheran Church consists of following the traditional liturgy, singing hymns, prayers, scripture readings, sermon and communion. After the Church service announcements and comments are made by Church Council members as well as anyone else that has something to share or has a question. We encourage people to speak whatever is on their minds in that this is very much a congregational Church. The Church is the people coming together to worship Christ.
INTERESTING AND RELEVANT
Redemption Lutheran Church continues to seek ways to enhance its worship service while at the same time keep it traditional. Guest pastors are periodically invited to present their sermons so that the congregation can see and hear different presentation styles and possibly expedience God's words in different ways. In the same way, members of the congregation take turns reading the scripture to the rest of the congregation as part of the service. Future possibilities might include limited use of video presentations, the Internet or other multimedia.
FELLOWSHIP
We at Redemption Lutheran Church also believe that fellowship is also an important part of worship. When we as Christians come together as a family we honor God in that we are supporting one another in our walk with Christ. Potlucks, Bible Studies and meetings are just a few ways we seek fellowship with one another. We are constantly trying to find new ways we might share with one another.
